Kayzen was created with a simple goal — to provide homeowners with the kind of trade experience we wished we’d received ourselves.

WHY KAYZEN
It started with our own home.
The idea for Kayzen came from our own experience building our first home.
Throughout the process, we dealt with poor-quality work, mess left behind, bad communication about when trades were turning up, and jobs left unfinished across multiple visits.
It made us realise how frustrating dealing with trades can be from the customer’s side.
We started Kayzen Electrical because we wanted to do things better. Good electrical work should be expected — but so should turning up when you say you will, keeping customers informed, respecting their home, cleaning up properly and finishing the job to a high standard.

The name Kayzen is inspired by Kaizen, the Japanese idea of continuous improvement. It reflects the way we want to build the business — always looking for ways to improve the workmanship, the service and the overall experience for our clients.
